What You'll be Doing

1. Handle real-time and queued messages on behalf of digital creators
2. Keep conversations engaging, light, and personalized while staying in character when required
3. Follow conversation styles, tone, and boundaries outlined in each creator’s profile
4. Manage multiple conversations efficiently and respond in a timely manner
5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong written English communication skills, clear, casual, and engaging
2. Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy (you’ll be multitasking across chats)
3. Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload)
4. Sales mindset: understand how to guide a conversation toward a goal, upsell when it feels natural, and keep subscibers coming back
Nice to have but not required:
1. Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or content moderation

Fill out our form and make sure to complete the assessment linked within it — this is a required part of your application. Qualified Applicants Will be contacted within 24 Hours.

Initial
Interview

If you pass the screening, you’ll receive an invitation to complete your initial interview via email. You can expect to receive your results along with instructions for the next step within 24 hours.

Mock Chat Simulation

You’ll be invited to complete a mock chat simulation. Instructions will be sent via email along with your interview result and this step must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invitation.

Job Offer & Contract Signing

If you pass the mock chat, you’ll receive a job offer via email along with instructions to complete this step and confirm your start date.

Paid Training & Development

Once your job offer is accepted, we’ll provide a structured 2-day paid training to walk you through our tools, workflows, and best practices. You’ll be fully prepared before going live.

Onboarding

After training, you’ll go through a short HR orientation and receive everything you need to get fully set up. You’ll also have guidance during your first few shifts, with real-time support and feedback from our team.

Do I need prior experience?
- No experience is required! We provide full training to help you succeed in the role.
Is this full-time or part-time?
- This is a full-time position with fixed 8-hour shifts.
What are the working hours?
We operate 24/7. You may be assigned to one of the following shifts (in EST):
• 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Is the training paid?
- Yes! Training is 2 days long and fully paid.
Can I work from outside the country?
Yes — as long as you have a stable internet connection and can commit to the required shift, you can work from anywhere.
When do I get paid?
We pay consistently in USD on a bi-weekly basis.
Will I be on camera or take calls?
Nope! This is a 100% non-voice, chat-only role. No video calls, ever.
How will I know if I passed each stage?
We send email updates at every step. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) within the stated timelines.
